Journalist found dead in Habiganj

Habiganj, July 11 (UNB) - A journalist was found dead on a rail line near Shayestaganj College gate on Wednesday.

The deceased was identified as Junaed Ahmed, a staff reporter of the daily Bibiana, published from Nabiganj upazila, and hailed from Sataihal village of Nabiganj upazila.

Receiving information, police recovered his bruised body around 9am.

Later, family members identified the body.

Local people assumed that either he might have committed suicide or was crushed by a train.
