PM hosts Iftar for orphans, FFs

Dhaka, July 21 (UNB) - Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Saturday hosted an Iftar party for orphans, freedom fighters, employees of the Prime Minister's Office and her official residence on the first day of Ramadan.

A munajta was offered before the Iftar, held at Ganobhaban in the city, seeking divine blessings for the progress of the nation and salvation of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and his family members.

Before the Iftar, the Prime Minister exchanged pleasantries with the guests.

Family members of the Prime Minister were also present.
