Unidentified woman crushed under train in B’baria

Brahmanbaria, Aug 3 (UNB) - An unidentified woman aged about 26 years old was crushed under the wheels of a train at Akhaura on Thursday.

Railway police said the Noakhali-bound train Upakul Express ran over the woman when she was crossing the rail track in the area at night, leaving her dead on the spot.

On information, police recovered the body and sent it to Sadar Hospital for autopsy on Friday morning.

A UD case was filed.
