Stocks down in early trading

News - Stocks down in early trading
Dhaka, Aug 5 (UNB) – Share prices at the country’s twin bourses -- Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) –- witnessed downtrend in early hours of trading on Sunday, the first trading day of the week.

The DSE benchmark index, DGEN lost 21.73 points or 0.53 percent to reach 4076.96 points at 11:15 am today. Of the issues traded till then, 24 gained, 113 declined and 15 remained unchanged.

The CSE key index, CSCX also lost 48.11 points to stand at 7838.33 points also at 11:15 am today. Of the issues traded till then, 5 gained, 59 declined and 4 remained unchanged.
