Dhaka, Aug 7 (UNB) - BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia is going to Saudi Arabia on Wednesday night on a 10-day visit at the invitation of the Saudi King to perform Umrah.

Khaleda, also leader of the opposition in parliament, is expected to leave here for the Saudi Kingdom on a flight of Emirates Airlines around 7:10pm.

During her stay there, she is likely to stay at the Royal Darul Aman Palace.

Khaleda’s family members, including her younger brother Shamim Iskasndar’s wife Kaniz Fatema, will accompany the former premier.
