Jhenidah, Aug 9 (UNB) – A businessman was killed in a road accident at Halidhani in Sadar upazila on Thursday.

The deceased was identified as Aiyub Ali, 50, who hailed from Bikrampur in Munshiganj district

Police said Aiyub along with banana was coming to a local banana hat on a human hauler, nasimon, from Chuadanga district.

Suddenly, he fell on road from the running vehicle, leaving him injured in the morning.

The injured was admitted to Sadar hospital where he died at noon.

A case was filed with local thana.
