Miscreants kill teenager in Bogra
Bogra, Aug 12 (UNB) – A boy, injured in an attack by miscreants on Saturday night, died at Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College Hospital on Sunday.
The deceased was identified as Rahat alias Tabla, 14, a machine worker and also son of Alim of Uttar Katnerpara in Sadar upazila.
Police said criminals hit him with sharp weapon at an abandoned area of the Old Cotton Spinning Mill in the town on Saturday night, leaving him injured.
The injured was admitted to Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College Hospital where he died on Sunday morning.
His classmate, Amit Hasan Omed, 15, son of Shipan Mondal of the area and a worker of a tailoring shop was also killed in the attack.
A case was filed with thana.
