Munshiganj, Aug 17 (UNB) - At least four people were killed and 50 others injured in a collision between two buses at Jomaldi on Dhaka-Chittagong highway in Gazaria upazila on Friday.

However, the identities of the deceased could not be known immediately.

Gazaria thana Officer-in-Charge (OC) Shahidul Islam said a Dhaka-bound bus from Homna in Comilla collided with another bus as one of its front wheels punctured at about 1:40pm, leaving four people dead on the spot and injuring 50 others.

The injured were rushed to local health clinics and hospitals in Dhaka.
