Change in temperature likely

Dhaka, Aug 19 (UNB) - Light to moderate rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely at a few places over Dhaka, Khulna, Barisal, Chittagong, and Sylhet divisions and a few places over Rajshahi, Rangpur divisions with moderately heavy falls at places over the country in 24 hours till 6 pm tomorrow (Monday).

Day and nigh temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, met office said.

The sun sets in the capital tomorrow at 6:28 pm and rises on Tuesday at 5:37 am.

Country’s highest temperature 35.4 degrees Celsius was recorded today at Rajshahi and lowest 24.0 degrees at Rangamati.
