Shipping Minister’s condition improves

News - Shipping Minister’s condition improves
Dhaka, Aug 22 (UNB) - The condition of Shipping Minister Shajahan Khan, now undergoing treatment at the city’s United Hospital, improved on Wednesday.

Jahangir Alam, Public Relations officer of the Shipping Ministry, told UNB that the minister has been kept under observation at the hospital.

The minister has undergone various tests and the reports showed no problem, Alam said quoting physicians at the hospital.

However, the minister has been advised to remain in complete rest for a few days more.

The minister was admitted to the hospital on Tuesday midnight following his high blood pressure in his home district Madaripur.
