Depression: Maritime ports asked to hoist signal No. 3

Dhaka, Sept 14 (UNB) – Squally weather is likely to affect North Bay and adjoining areas as deep convection is taking place over the North Bay.

According to a special bulletin of Met Office, maritime ports of Chittagong, Cox’s Bazaar and Mongla have been advised to hoist local cautionary signal number three ® three.

All fishing boats and trawlers over the North Bay have been advised to remain close to the coast and proceed with caution till further notice.
